Bringing a distant object really very close

The model DCR-1850PRO PRO-Telephoto conversion lens is designed to bring
distant objects up close when attached to the lens of digital still camera.
It can be mounted direct onto 52mm front filter thread of camera's lens.
For suitable size of threads, please see the reference table located bottom
of this page.
The telephoto lens is made of precision ground hi-index optical glass elements
and all surfaces are fully coated for an optimum image quality and maximum
light transmittance.
There will be no reduction of light value (F.Number) when this conversion lens is attached on the camera's lens.

DCR-1850PRO lens is designed for use with 6x or less zoom capability lenses
and it can not be used with 7x or higher zoom lens incorporated digital
still cameras or camcorders.

DCR-1850PRO was designed to use at most Telephoto position of camera's
zoom lens.
* When using DCR-1850PRO on SONY DSC-F707 camera set the camera's F stop
slower than F5.6.(F5.6/F6.3/F7.1/F8.0)
Taking an image when the camera's aperture opening of F5.0 or faster than
F5.0 may increase blue color aberration or an appearance of soft focus
on image. Raynox RA5258A adapter ring is required for mounting onto the
camera.
**When using DCR-1850PRO on OLYMPUS E-10/E-20 cameras it will result darkening corners of the image. Set the camera at Conversion Lens mode when using Auto Focus or set the focus mode at Manual for accurate focusing.
Raynox RA5262A adapter ring is required for mounting onto the camera.
*** DCR-1850PRO may cause vignetting image( darkening one or more corner
of the taken image )when used with this model.
●Exposing the conversion lens to a warm atmosphere in an instant way from the cold area may create some dews on and inside the lens. When it happened inside the lens, keep the lens in a dry area till the dews disappear before using. Repeating such situation may leave dirt spot-(mildew) and affect the image.
●All of Raynox conversion lenses are proudly made in Japan. At our wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary, every stage of production is rigorously checked and tested so that the lens elements compensate effectively for astigmatism, distortion and spherical aberration.... for an excellent image quality.
●The lens is neither made for dust-free nor moisture/water-proof.
